Membership Agreement
This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Pinay Ikaw Na! ("the Organization") and the undersigned individual ("Member") on the effective date of membership acceptance.
Membership Eligibility:
Membership in Pinay Ikaw Na! is open to individuals who support the organization's mission and are willing to abide by its bylaws, policies, and code of conduct. Membership is not transferable or assignable.
Membership Types and Fees:
The Organization offers various membership types, each with its own rights, privileges, and fees. Members agree to pay the applicable membership fees as outlined by the Organization.
Rights and Privileges:
Members in good standing are entitled to the following rights and privileges:
Voting rights in organizational matters as specified in the bylaws.
Access to exclusive member events, programs, and resources.
Opportunities to participate in organizational activities and committees.
Regular updates and communications regarding the Organization's initiatives and events.
Responsibilities of Members:
Members agree to fulfill the following responsibilities:
Abide by the Organization's bylaws, policies, and code of conduct.
Pay membership fees promptly and maintain current contact information.
Actively participate in organizational activities and support the mission and objectives of the Organization.
Respect the rights, opinions, and diversity of fellow members and refrain from engaging in behavior that may harm the reputation or interests of the Organization.
Termination of Membership:
Membership may be terminated under the following circumstances:
Non-payment of membership fees.
Violation of the Organization's bylaws, policies, or code of conduct
Resignation or withdrawal of membership by the Member.
Other reasons as determined by the Organization's board of directors.
Confidentiality:
Members may have access to confidential information related to the Organization's activities and operations. Members agree to maintain the confidentiality of such information and not disclose it to unauthorized individuals or entities.
Amendments:
This Agreement may be amended by the Organization's board of directors as necessary to ensure compliance with legal requirements or to reflect changes in the Organization's policies or operations.
Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [jurisdiction], and any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [jurisdiction].
